system76-power supports `net.hadess.PowerProfiles` and `org.freedesktop.UPower.PowerProfiles`, so that can be installed as a drop-in replacement. Not sure if it's worth supporting `net.hadess.PowerProfiles` here.
Unfortunately we can't use `to_ascii_lowercase` because the specification is case-sensitive. Some require PascalCase, and others lowercase. We'd have to add special rules.

I'm suspecting a bug with older Intel GPUs might cause this in the wgpu renderer.

I'm using a 4K MiniLED HDR1000 display, and besides lack of HDR support, I'm not seeing any issues with color saturation. Could be there some settings in your display that...
You'd have to contact @maria-komarova for the UX side of things, but I don't know if we have time for this today.
What version of cosmic-comp are you using? did you add `popdev:master`?
