Fire And Other Effects Don't Show

Fire and other effects on Pokemon models don't show up and are instead all coloured in a black colour. 

Pokemon models sometimes show up as being entirely black even when texture is imported onto them, I have tried using SPICA but I cannot run it. 

My SPICA Won't Load when it is clicked on.

Most if not all of the textures and models work but with some of them a couple of areas are a bit too bright lighting-wise. Is there a way you...
