@MarkAPhillips unfortunately CKBuilder doesn't produce source maps 😞 So the only way to debug is to build it with js files unminified as mentioned above.

Our current proposal is to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We already handle this case for RTL, so it should be fairly straight-forward.

To clarify we need only to recognize table aligned using our table properties (so we can look it up in the model).

I also merged the latest `master` branch to this PR.
