This is not only a memory issue. Some containers NEED the daemons to be present and running, for instance logging daemons. The daemons must be brought up before regular tasks.

This sounds like a watchdog problem, not a streamlit problem. I wouldn't expect anyone deploying via Docker (e.g. a read-only production-like situation) to be using watchdog.

I would just like ERB support and am willing to do it if you don't object.
