do you have multiple `/kaniko/executor` runs in your pipeline?

Have a look at this issue: https://github.com/GoogleContainerTools/kaniko/issues/1586 I just had exactly the same problem as mentioned there and between each `/kaniko/executor` command I did additional `mkdir /workspace` and it solved...

@seriva as far as I understand this task it depends on whole #1455 epic. We need to have persistence layer in k8s first. Am I right?

#1233 will be probably closed without resolution after we finish #1455 epic. So question is rather do we need NTP?

PR was not merged but closed, so I assume this task is intended to be changed into something more like "allow multiple download urls".
