Sort tests alphabetically for easier browsing (previously they were *roughly* sorted by ID), and replace `Coreboot` with `coreboot`.

When updating components in `requirements.txt`, components in the venv need to be updated. The simplest way is to just remove the old venv and create a fresh one.
