+1 This would be a great feature to add a way to support this. It's a rather common use case.

I'm having high memory issues with 6.2.5 as well, I believe this bug is still present

+1, I can confirm that this is still an issue in 2022 with the latest build (1.8.19) for Mac on a Dvorak keyboard.

+1 to this feature. Moving over from JSQ, it was disappointing to see that sound was not something supported when messages are sent/received.

If someone is able to find out what the endpoints are, i'd be happy to make a PR with this support.
