This is still happening to me with 6.0.13. Adding OnTouch= does not fix the problem originally reported by the OP. The touch registers but with the elements behind the menu.

Yes, refreshed many times. What do you mean by a screenshot of the developer tools? This only happens on mobile devices and I'm not sure how to access the developer...
