@JeffBeck-NOAA the taskthrottle tag exists through the `rocoto:` section of the config, so this variable wouldn't apply to Rocoto workflows. Right now 1000 is the default, which can be seen...
This appears to be the same issue as #596, just with the get_ext_ics task rather than the get_ext_lbcs task. Hopefully a solution will resolve both of those issues.
The only thing I don't know about is the wiki migration, if there's any wiki pages in regional_workflow that still need to be migrated to srw (unlikely at this point)....
