Disable brackets_font by default

Brackets font is enabled by default and (probably with some help of other extensions) it makes the toolbar look really, really big, compared to the rest of the IDE parts....

I don't know if this is still maintained, but the tooltip stays on a right side when dragging a file from (split-view) right to left.

Currently it's necessary to use manual [vsce](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50714638/install-extension-from-a-specific-repo-branch-on-github) to install master branch with fixes like [material changing](https://github.com/stef-levesque/vscode-3dviewer/pull/16). Could we get an official push to the marketplace 🙏 ?
