Published Jakarta EE 8 BOM uses non-existing properties

The published [jakarta.jakartaee-bom:8.0.0](https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/jakarta.platform/jakarta.jakartaee-bom/8.0.0) artifact is missing the property `jakarta-persistence-api.version`.
