Added tracker for main contributor to footer

Modified gitstamp.py and footer.html as mentioned in #746 to keep track of the main contributor for each page on the footer.

Modified buttons in classes cards to redirect to signup

Fixed the "Get Notified" buttons and made them register now for their appropriate classes in the cards near the bottom of the /classes page.
