Hm, it is very strange. It must work:  do you update SubmileJira to 0.1.2? what is you sublime version?
Can you try to remove package, quit Sublime, remove `~/.config/sublime-text-3/Installed Packages/Jira.sublime-package` and `~/.config/sublime-text-3/Packages`, then start Sublime and install package again?
Because it looks like you have both 0.1.0 and 0.1.2 versions installed!
