Hi @xixi-furry, I had the same issue with two VMs running Windows Server 2019 Standard, it turned out to be related to the [performance counters (PerfMon)](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-US/troubleshoot/windows-server/performance/rebuild-performance-counter-library-values) not working or missing....
