Only for icons of length 1, `icon_explode()`/`icon_unstack()` will split an icon into multiple icons by their paths. `icon_stack()` is used to combine icons or rebuild an unstacked icon.

Add tests for knit_print output

#108 could have been prevented if `knit_print` tests captured this breaking change. Adding test examples checking for `knit_print` output should provide reasonably detailed tests for `brief_entries()`, `detailed_entries()` and `bibliography_entries()` outputs.
