Run `/datapack list` and make sure that the data pack is enabled. If it already is, do you have any other data packs enabled?

@MostlyNOOB Do not enable the `update_1_21 (feature)` data pack! It will cause trial chambers to start generating once you reopen the world! If you don't see the `no-trial-chambers` data pack...

All blocks are obtainable in creative but I or anyone on my server cannot craft any of the new blocks. We also cannot break and drop any new blocks.
