One candidate would be our paper about [outbound open source](https://github.com/Open-Source-Compliance/outbound-oss). Realistically, we can publish it in Q1/2022.

I complete agree. The question is which tool we use for such diagrams. Can you recommend an OSS modeling tool that is capable to create/change UML component diagrams?
