added PlayFramework example

Hi, having jupiterlabs as a primary development for FlinkSQL should help with faster development. Right now, this extension only serves for metadata investigation and table creation.

Hey, Could you put this on maven? Or is there a special reason not to put it there? Thx! :)

Can you please create an example also? It can be the same default beer_example. thx!
