I used to get this error too, but as of Deno version 2.3.3 it works for me, albeit only with `--unstable-unsafe-proto`.

@marvinhagemeister is this something that would have to be fixed upstream in dprint, or does it already provide a configuration for this? If not, I'm happy to move this issue...
