HTML reporter now no longer works with browserify-istanbul in v4.0

I think the problem is with the environment 'NODE_ENV' when i set it to 'test' it give me the text error. When i change it to 'testing' it works fine....

which is the proper way to add this project as a Maven dependency ?

Any update on this? I wanna use it in maven!
