You might try experimental branch. I push a change which seems to fix the issue with internal border. There’s still issue with scroll bar not being accounted for.

OK, I think this is fixed. Border as well as scroll bars are taken into account.

My understanding is that the width and height should change. Part of the problem is that interface for interacting with X that urxvt offers to extensions is a bit lacking...

I’d start by looking at what `refresh_check` function does since that’s what fixed PgDn/PgUp issue.
