@AMDmi3 why? Leap 42.3 + Leap 15.0-15.2 are dead and only polute results and page with obsolete data. And in the end gives wrong impressions about totally outdated openSUSE ...

haskell/cabal#4206 is pretty bad idea ..
@IvanMalison is good for developer, but for packager is this nightmare.
@dielianhuachusai it isn't a problem if this tool has proper cabal file and is published on hackage:D
