This issue still exists in version 7.11.5 BTW, localized versions are also needed for the dates, not just the years. In Croatian both need to be treated as ordinal numbers.

My idea is that you use already translated locales from https://hosted.weblate.org/projects/iso-codes/iso-639-2/ for your defined localziation, so translators wouldn't need to translate those...

I'm not sure how to go about digraphs. The Croatian alphabet has 3 digraphs (both lowercase, uppercase and upper with lowercase). They are actually separate characters, defined in Unicode "Latin_Extended-B"....
