apgdiff was failing on CREATE SCHEMA IF NOT EXISTS statement.

I was unable to compile or run the tests: BUILD FAILED /mnt/c/mikko/apgdiff/build.xml:97: java.net.UnknownHostException: central.maven.org

Now that we have the production ready standalone helpdesk we should get rid of the demodesk config to reduce confusion

I just installed django helpdesk and I can say that the demodesk was much more helpful in getting me to have the system running than the standalone. I am runnig...
