Taker flow: Back button on an OTC swap should return to initial query screen

Clicking the back button on `OrderDetailWidget` brings you back to `MyOrdersWidget`. Is this the intended flow @coltraneyan @dmosites ? Seems to work correctly.

Let user remove failed transactions

I added issue #274 , "Transactions List should be able to clear all transactions" into this issue. Will put both issues in the same PR
