Try using 0.0.0.0 as your IP address so OBS media source listens to all interfaces. Streamid can be anything but you have to use same value in Moblin and OBS....

I have worked around this by adding Compressor filter with extra gain/volume in OBS and Limiter filter after that. This way silent sounds are boosted and loud sounds are quieted...
What is your SRT latency? Going over public internet using 4G/5G requires at least 1 second and preferably 2.
Looks like only video playback is supported. Moblin is built very tightly to use Apple video encoding hardware and libraries which can't ported to Android without massive rewrite.
