AFAICT `ntp::driftfile: '/var/lib/ntpsec/ntp.drift'` is needed for both Debian 12 + Debian 13, as it defaults to `ntp::driftfile: '/var/lib/ntp/drift'`

This should be easier to implement once https://github.com/grml/grml-live/pull/459 has been taken care of
