Extensions Menu show empty list.

Same problem with version 6.0.4 - empty Extensions list. Opening in 3D version does not fix the problem. So this should be reopened. Running under Windows 10.

What worked for me was to put installed-libraries.conf, libraries.conf, and libraries-location.conf at the same level as the extensions folder under AppData\Roaming\Netlogo\6.4, not inside the extensions folder.
