[Feature] More touch friendly

Trying to use this app with a touch screen tablet, I've noticed that there were a few things I was not able to do when compared to using a mouse.

• Can't select skin-tone of specific emoji
• Can't create custom tags
• Can't click on menu (hamburger menu)
