用rtsp拉流然后转换成hls推流，用vlc播放显示时间轴在动但是没有画面

用rtsp拉流然后转换成hls推流，用vlc播放显示时间轴在动但是没有画面。使用rtsp地址播放则正常。流地址使用的是海康威视的PTZ摄像头。使用默认提供的rtsp地址则 stsp和hls都播放正常
