Hm, I thought even so both WANs can be used at the same time.
Hopefully we can somehow fix this issue. MWAN3 is one of the most useful features available.
It might be problem with the clock. Try calibrating it a bit. Guide is in https://github.com/ChristopheJacquet/PiFmRds/blob/master/README.md
Try calibrating it (you can even try to use some random ppmand tell if its better). I don't have Rpi3 so can't help you much with code.

@pilovis I know. 12.5 just sounds little bit better with current PiFmRds.
I suggest trying this pull request - https://github.com/ChristopheJacquet/PiFmRds/pull/17 But keep in mind that its way better to use deviation like 75 (I wouldn't go bellow 50) with this pull request.
Co mas za system a architekturu? PiFmAdv zatim funguje jenom na 32bit rpi-linux jadre, na 64bit aarch64 mainline jadre jsem netestoval a pravdepodobne nefunguje. Hod sem taky vystup programu.
