Hi, you can try my fork "PiFmAdv", which has PTY implementation. https://github.com/Miegl/PiFmAdv

@miegl Trying to use your 'PiFmAdv' program - but the audio is slower, I've tried doing --ppm 100000 like I do with PiFMRDS, but that doesn't fix it. any soloutions? (Running this on a Pi 3 B+)

for anyone that pifmadv isn't working you can check my fork of rpitx "rpitx2" (it has pifmrds, with the same rds encoder as pifmadv has), for install just follow the normal rpitx install (https://github.com/KubaPro010/rpitx2)

Nice one, must take a look later. Does changing PS and RT while running (-ctl) work in this branch? I've had mixed success with it on PiFMAdv and PiFMRDS.

Is there any branch which can handle mpx as input?

the control pipe has more features, and is working (when its enabled with the -ctl arg)

Ah fair play that's awesome! Must give it a shot.

This would be real handy with tests with Stereo Tool

Thanks for clarifying, RDS volume is really making me interested. must give it a go in an hour or so.

Many thanks! Ryan

@KubaPro010

Could you try to only upload fully working commits? I've seen your repository's history and guess you are testing your own code for the public.

andimik avatar Nov 15 '23 21:11 andimik

it's experimental, so something may not work
