After #474 PR, tengeler section deleted which created missing links in OMA book. Replaced with tengeler reference. Also fixed a mistake in README.
Some links are not working at the end of [chapter2](https://microbiome.github.io/OMA/docs/devel/pages/04_containers.html). correct those with a correct one as follows and make a PR. It now works pretty well. With pre-cached builds, it takes a couple of minutes to build the dev environment with RStudio.
