Re first question, the header doesn't need a default branding icon, so you could just leave the Solid icon that mashlib uses in mashlib, and pass it into Solid UI...

Maybe I'll just stick to style on the element for this one, since it doesn't need hover anyway.

The border does go blue when the input is focused but I think that's because of `-webkit-focus-ring-color`.

I think this describes the step where Alice sees the consent dialog? We should state that it's out of scope for this spec, but might still be useful to have...
