@radu-matei @karthik2804 - are there documentation changes for the [llm-factor breaking changes](https://github.com/fermyon/spin/pull/2755) we need to add to this list?
+1 to @cardoso's suggestion. Also in favor of @itowlson's suggestion number 3. The warnings are very verbose and hiding the warnings behind a verbose flag feels intuitive to me.

Did we settle on adding audit checks to triage duty or do we have any other ideas here?
