setting the value of that (actual) field to an empty string clear the search. you get the idea. field has an id, just look it (the ID) up with (FF)...

i installed it like it's described in the manual. resulting in Version Version 3.6.1

well i thought this library/module would exactly do that, since it internally starts child processes. Maybe i'm not getting it, but how to pipe stdout & stderr like you said?

Filter function does not have access to global/outer scope

ugly workaround: set the functions to window.functionName or call em that way.
