It is possible that, because the application is using Ray, it is messing up the order of `SKY_NODE_RANK`. Perhaps try & replicate it on an empty cluster first?

It looks like the bug has to do with the service catalog not having the instance type recorded. @WoosukKwon

It looks like the alternative solution is to add the machine to the bucket policy?

Should be a bug then @Michaelvll I dont see it after setting up resnet environment.
