When compiling re for android, clang complained that the type definitions were not compatible (and/or redefined) so I've updated the defines to match, which doesn't change compatibility for current builds.
If we don't store the element reference on the class, then the attach focus attribute will do nothing.
- [ ] They're misleading (several people try to create their own instance of `Dragula` even though they're using the custom element) - [ ] They look ugly on GitHub...
