Same issue. Fixed with a restart of our self-hosted runners

Anyone have a fix for this if we're using React 18 and it's types?

My less than ideal workaround to get it going before this is fixed is just loading via script tags `` then you can use `dfd` globally.

I'm also still getting the same permission denied issue. Tested with both a restricted role and administrator access.
