We changed the API of LensWriter/Reader to take a DocumentSession instead of a Document so we can control realtime stuff outside of the editor. Very possible we introduced some regressions...

I think we should rather do a static help page and put a help link into the header bar. There's some rough UI sketch for it in the mockups.
