That would be great. Fair to say this is dead?

I'm guessing that since the underlying wkhtmltopdf library [doesn't support merging PDFs](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/18736580/wkhtmltopdf-is-it-possible-to-merge-pdf-files), Rotativa can't either. Move along, this isn't the library you're looking for!
