to me this is too over as you're not supposed to change that CLI config file that often in a development workflow.

vitest useFakeTimers causes the postgres connection to hang

I don't see this as a bug but rather as a limitation. I guess the lib is using timers to defer code execution. Not sure how to circumvent that tho
