Switched back to Authentic Theme, so let me know if I can test anything out. It is much slower than the other themes so far.

Apologies, I found the Theme Configuration page after. I just disabled real-time monitoring and will report back.

After disabling that settings, things seemed better for a few minutes but the connection lost prompts came back.

I'm using root to sign in. I see a list of modules with check boxes but Samba is not listed anywhere.

Samba is definitely installed in my Debian environment, though, because I'm able to access the Samba share from all my Windows devices in the network.
