Same in 3.16.2.3. The coordinates in effects_data.h (LOCATION_LOOKUP_TOUCH) are no longer correct, as the second writing tool button pushes everything further down.
+1 for Label overrides. The whole world nowadays calls Delete (Backspace) "Backspace", and Forward Delete "Delete". It's also labelled this way in keymap code as BSPC and DEL.

Same for me using Colemak at OS level and QWERTY on the keyboard. Colemak O is on QWERTY Semicolon, so typing any O will break caps_word. Hope #1742 gets merged...
