caps_word list of applicable letters

Is it possible to modify the list of characters for which caps_word works?

Right now it applies to letters of the alphabet, but I'm using the qwerty layout in my keyboard and the os level dvorak, which causes "W" on dvorak = "." on qwerty, and caps_word is reset when I want to type "W".

Same for me using Colemak at OS level and QWERTY on the keyboard. Colemak O is on QWERTY Semicolon, so typing any O will break caps_word.

Hope #1742 gets merged soon!
