Can we put etcd data volume encryption behind a bool, as with the AMI? It should default to true, but the option makes node-by-node upgrades easier.

Want to pull the etcd EBS encryption out into its own PR, and hold off the AMI work in the hopes it's addressed upstream?

I'm experiencing this as well, albeit with different config for delta. I don't get the diff at all; just the color strings.

We've been using this in production for almost 18 months now; it's been tested.

Looks like a bug introduced into `delta`. [Relevant issue](https://github.com/dandavison/delta/issues/1707)
