@OktarinTentakel does the problem still occur on your test devices ? At least I cannot reproduce those bugs on iOS 13.5.1 any more.

Probably it's a good chance to evaluate the usage and maybe some refactoring of https://www.npmjs.com/package/plugin-node-wrappable for this purpose.
