Same problem with [VSCodium](https://github.com/VSCodium/vscodium). As a workaround I just changed the `"hsnips.hsnipsPath"` setting: ```json "hsnips.hsnipsPath": "/home/[...]/.config/VSCodium/User/hsnips" ```

Hard to say without more information, but I doubt that it's the same issue. Our problem is that our user directory is at an abnormal location because we're not using...
