Destroy scroll instance

I was using Infinite Scroll. My case is to destroy the scroll but it doesn't destroy scroll load event and then initial new scroll when choosing the option for getting data on page. While I get data, I listen load event for next page get rendered. It's bind many load event. and rennder duplicated element. Please help!
