Yes they are in 1.5-beta1 too, those are simply warnings of deprecated methods usage inside GQuery (GQuery uses it's own deprecated methods)

I believe it might be because the polyfills are loaded too late

I believe the constructor have always been public, unless you've written the wrong class name
